we need to do both. EVs already significantly reduce co2 emissions with current eu grid. During their lifetime they improve aa the vehicle ages. No reason to plan a delay. Also immediately imrpove noise and air quality.

this is fantastic! Certainly I have anecdotal evidence to back this up when speaking Russian in a social setting. 🍻
