I am so sorry to hear that you are in pain. It is egregious to suffer, especially at this time of year. I am suffering with you, too, though. I have a bulging disk at C5, and C1 & C2 are splintered and pressing on a nerve. Last Monday, I found out that I have Hemochromatosis. Merry Christmas!

Our hearts have been breaking all day, coming to terms with this insanity and hate against innocent Australians 🦘. I am proud of our fruit and vegie guy and how he disarmed one of the gunmen. Our Prime Minister has stated that gun permits will be reviewed. A ray of hope on this day.
