I realized I hadn't posted a Rainbow Rule slide on Bluesky yet, so I wanted to fix that.

Treat others as they want to be treated. If you don't know how they want to be treated, just ask them.

This is unbelievable.

Conversion therapy increases fatalities. It does the opposite of what treatments are supposed to do. We ban medical treatments that claim to heal while actually harming. That's not a free speech issue, it's a malpractice issue.

We are in such an upside-down world.

I was recently listening to a book where the mc has chronic pain from a knee injury and stated that they feel that if they could stab something sharp in their knee it would stop hurting. I've never agreed more with a statement, but for my back.

I have damage to my left shoulder blade and spine from child abuse that causes constant pain and some functioning issues with my left arm and leg.

Normally I can mostly ignore it, but occasionally something will happen and the pain becomes extreme. About 3 days into such an episode and fml.

Entirely morally bankrupt.

I do not understand why they can't figure out that their only way forward is to be the actual humane party. That means going all in on feeding the poor, caring for the sick, welcoming the strangers.

Instead they want to be maga lite.

Being a therapist is funny. Very occasionally, client stuff will sneak into my dreams.

ATM, I've got three clients navigating leaving their jobs for various reasons.

Last night, I dreamt I put in my 2-week notice at my full-time job, then woke up semi-panicked because I don't want to quit my job 😅

same! I've got posters up and posts online myself too. While it's possible to have a linx point siamese be a stray, they are normally cats specifically bred for.

But, if no one has claimed him by Monday, we are going to start vet care.

Still have the kitten cat, found out he is a linx point siamese, and that he does not have a microchip (or at least not one using a microchip type most scanners can detect).

I'm assuming I'll get a text or knock this afternoon or evening when someone comes home.

Kitty is super people friendly, ran right in, and pauses/looks anytime the locks chime from someone unlocking their door. I'll be shocked if its not a neighbor's cat.
