Anti-cycling loud Facebook reckons are, at least in part, driven by those who feel they are without choice......but there are lots of commenters who don't live in Wellington City boundaries very happy to loudly opine about how Wellington rates should be spent.

I'm a Twitter only on my laptop lurker now only for "breaking news." Twitter is immediate and there are still enough decent souls keeping an eye out. WP needs the constant surveillance.
