• Tolerogenic AXL+ DC2s reside beneath the healthy synovial lining
• iDC3s populate RA hyperplastic lining, activating CCL5 Tem and/or Tph cells
• CCR7+ DC2s in sublining lymphoid niches in RA, interacting with naive T cells
