Done. I've heard that the average #ParkRun times are going UP - which implies more walkers / walk joggers and I am thrilled at this development. More people outside and joining in the fun. (Fun? Hmm).

Gah. I did the "I'm taking up space, I should move" (female coded?) thing today. I wasn't. The restaurant had a "90 mins" table sitting rule. I'd been there 40mins, no staff pressure. But I saw people waiting. I had finished eating. it had lovely ambience and I could happily have loitered longer.
Outside seating, Half finished pizza, bottle of water, mopeds.

Wow Melbourne - Studley #Parkrun is the prettiest I've ever done (21 venues, 6 countries). And photos were a great reason to stop and catch my breath!

I made a thing! It is cloisonné enamel coaster. Took about 3 hrs. Thanks to Be-RAS Creatives Art Cafe, Melbourne. Loved it.

Shout out to all volunteers volunteering today.

Also, am very chuffed I ran the whole circuit - first run since May! I may hurt tomorrow.
