In addition to the personal impact on me, if voted into law, H.R. 1 will cause collapse of the entire healthcare system, which remains solvent through payments from Medicare and Medicaid. Healthcare is the largest field of employment in the nation. All healthcare workers will face unemployment, which will collapse the entire socioeconomic structure of the U.S.
Again, I am asking you to vote NO on HR1 to prevent a catastrophic collapse of the U.S.

kinds of things and more that are experienced by most women at but more important to leadership if you expect women to be the heavy lifters. MAGA men in particular are going to need other men to give them feedback when they are trying to power grab.

The real problem is, yes, we have too few women in leadership. Just having women in leadership because you want to for whatever reasons, sets her up for failure. Men are far less tolerant of women than of themselves in leadership role. That makes the first problem making leadership development

It has been believed for the last 40 +\- years that if more organizations were led by women that there would be benefits such as “innate empathy “ that were missed with male leadership. I haven’t searched the literature on exactly that question, but hopefully that bias didn’t poison any research

I’m talking 20 years ago; not recently. I always felt there was a huge difference in quality with the Post being the better of the two. But things change for reasons that would never occur to us, sadly.

I think because this backward movement is raising its head globally that our allies can see first hand and would have their own motivations to help us in order to defeat the same thing going on in their countries. That’s my story, anyway 😝
