Grief after divorce is a normal response to the end of a marriage or relationship. It can be a painful process but there can be joy at the end.

What have you done to heal from a divorce or a breakup?

Are you tired, unmotivated & lack clarity? All you want to do is hibernate. You could be experiencing “Inner Winter.”

Just like the other seasons, it’ll pass. Give yourself grace, meditate & journal. This phase often sows the seeds for future growth & inspiration. #wellness #selfcare #journal

I’ve been listening to my intuition lately and it’s leading me in the right direction.

The little voice in my head keeps telling me to join @BFT although I’m a pilates girl. I’m joining today. 🤞🏾 Will update on the progress.

What’s your little voice telling you?

Most of my life, I’ve been able to outrun life’s challenges such as tough conversations, heartbreak, and grief.

In this season, God has shown me I can’t run anymore. He’s making me sit through all of it.

What are you running from that preventing you from moving forward in life?

When I look back at this past year, I’ve had to tap into every form of courage.

Courage in God, that he knows what’s best for me. Courage in myself to overcome self doubt. Courage in my faith, to continue to do the right thing even when you’re done wrong.

What courage do you need from God today?
