Poor month for hardware and a great month for software. Maintaining hardware is expensive, with Xbox games looking and playing better on PS5 Pro... There is no reason to buy an Xbox, which is a failing strategy for MS.

When I worked at Meta...the majority of employees do not like him, you would see it in the town hall meetings. He is in a bubble to himself and Meta problems usually come from him being stubborn. Such a weird guy....

People are already not buying it because they devalued the system by putting exclusives on PS5 Pro (where it looks and plays better). Now, with the price increase, more wont buy it. They did not announce all games being $80 games, but the higher the price the less purchasing power = less purchases.

This is an opinion from the workers, not the business realities of actually running the company. The comp part is simplistic and shows a lack of knowledge when it comes to compensation and the "why". It is just lazy and drowns valid argument with simplistic things that show a lack of education.

I am one of those.... sadly I don't have the funds to get rid of it...but as soon as I do it is gone.

If you are leading in an inclusive way… not discriminating…. Treating other fairly ….. that’s DEI and should be practiced all day. That should be a natural and positive all day every day function… she is just talking nonsense.

DEI is a HR function and a HR lead program and initiative; she said DEI work because she could not be specific....because it makes no sense. She is pandering to a demographic that will listen and take in any nonsense.

That is a lot easier said than done. If you knew the history with them, what they want, the goals.... how would you negotiate with them? We have been fighting different variations of ISIS as well for a long time, do we negotiate with them as well?
