It’s pretty much common sense. When your annual deficit is 2 trillion already and you plan on significantly cutting taxes, you’re not going to be able to cut enough government spending to make up for it.

The issue isn’t necessarily more reqs, it’s that you get way more applicants today. Hell, you can go on The Ladders and sign up for a tool that will apply to jobs for you. We have reached out to applicants who had no idea they applied for our job.

It depends on what extent you’re using AI.

If an associated degree is required and a bachelor’s is preferred, AI can rank resumes based on those facts.

Companies use AI is many different ways when it comes to recruitment. I’m not sure AI will ever replace human judgment, but it can be utilized.
