It kind of sounded like he was low key pushing to continue potential talks to join the EU or at the very least create some sort of new organization that reaches outside the EU.

I disagree, it was in everyone’s best interests for Europe to not become super militarized because once you open that box it’s going to be hard to close it and the world ain’t ready for a militarized Europe again 😂
