Why would any business want to hire or stick with a law firm that wimps out and doesn’t fight for the rule of law? How will they handle your matters? Wouldn’t you have to worry if they suggested a settlement that they caved too soon? For their own interests? I would never trust them again.

I’m hoping that someone can help me understand: Aren’t there limits to what a prez can do with executive orders? What about checks and balances? Constitution? When is it time for R’s to say, “Enough is enough!” When does the pendulum hit the wall and move the other direction?
