I haven't had a paper published as lead author outside of my PhD yet, so that is the main aim I think. Recovering from that publishing lul that can happen in your first few years in-post.

Nope. As a teenage somebody felt my chest to see if I was telling the truth. Today, I would have reported that as sexual assault.
