No. Outdoors are great, just make sure you’re packing 🐻 I can’t speak for the job market, I own a business & hire at far above minimum. The Queer & Art scenes are bustling. It can be very small town - but influx of people is creating an overhaul. I love it. Housing is better than the west side!
