Phase II/III trial assessed ivarmacitinib (JAK1 inhibitor) for active ankylosing spondylitis. Ivarmacitinib 4 mg showed improved ASAS20 response at wk 12 vs placebo, with efficacy sustained through 24 wks. Infection-related AEs were similar b/w groups

I tuned out of the US based media after the election and now listen to Sky News. It is a breath of fresh air. I have been delivered from the US media that is full of hypocrisy. The US media has an agenda and they will make sure they push it to the max. I am done with it.

Just finished watching the Brighton vs Southampton match. Brighton moves up to the second position ahead of Man City. The Southampton coach should watch it because his aggressiveness will eventually overshadow his team's great skills.
