You want 50 year mortgages to be a thing? Fine, 1.9% interest locked, single house ownership, say a 200k a year income max when granted. A lot of jail time for people who try and cheat the system. And the 1.9% is just a number randomly picked to cover paying people to run it, 0% is fine.

Cascadia United vs Hammies FC. Cascadia definitely had the better chances and forced a few saves, but there were some dangerous attacks from Hammies at times. We go into the second half tied 0-0.

That might put the match away with a third goal for Sharktopus FC on a great steal while Bellevue was trying to build out of the back. Props for the guy shouting no yellow, no yellow during the celebration.

A couple might be fouls played for advantage and a lack of clearance from Bellevue lead to a great shot for Sharktopus from the corner of the box to take a 2-0 lead. Bellevue needs to get some possession to get back into this match.
