Ban the use of multicam by federal law enforcement agencies. Solid color BDUs and the like for tactical teams - and cut down on their use as well. The most inexperienced citizen should be able to -instantly- tell military personnel from non-military personnel.

I'm starting to think the plan is to "sell" the buildings to Trump-supporting real estate guys and then have them lease the properties back to the government at 3x what they're paying now...
