There have been plenty of opponents of genocide who could have been platformed by those outlets, whose perspectives could demonstrate why what the Israeli and U.S. governments do are utterly inhumane.

Those outlets won't do that.

On his own Facebook page, Kasparov also essentially promoted the idea of the U.S. government doing a new version of the Palmer Raids, Woodrow Wilson's infamous round-up and deportation of those he deemed 'threats' to national security because he was a White Supremacist.

Early on, Kasparov promoted many of the Hasbara propaganda that the Israeli and U.S. governments used to justify mass murdering Palestinian people in Gaza (as well as oppress folks in the West Bank).

Meanwhile Kasparov has stood 10 toes down for the Israeli and U.S. governments' genocide against Palestinian and Lebanese people - even as he opposes the Russian state's occupation of the Crimea and other parts of eastern Ukraine.

Yet few White-controlled media outlets have pointed out Kasparov's ties to these White Supremacists or his work with HRF which, as Adam Johnson correctly notes, is a shady pit of crypto bandits looking to launder under the guise of 'human rights'.

as well as the straight-up Neo-Nazi, Denis Kasputin and his Russian Volunteer Corps, which is also agitating to replace the Putin regime with their own form of authoritarianism and White Supremacy that actually looks little different to what Putin already has in place.

Which brings us to Kasparov, platformed by White-run media outlets for speaking out against the Soviet Russian state.

Even then, Kasparov was also arguing for various forms of Islamophobia and White dominance of Arab and Muslim-controlled nations.

White-controlled media outlets have always been handmaidens to power. It is more-nakedly obvious now. But this was also true during the Cold War days, when the U.S. and Western Europe were held up as epitomes of freedom even when they engaged in their own forms of oppression.

I stopped following Kasparov because he's become an ardent Fascist and defender of authoritarianism he used to criticize.

But the fact that Kasparov has been like this for so long and yet, was platformed by so many White-controlled outlets speaks volumes about the latter.
