The HRfunc website HRfunc.org is loaded with user tutorials and video guides for new users! This is where you can submit your own HRFs to be shared with the NIRS community. Follow @hrfunc.org on Bluesky for additions to the HRtree library as user submissions become available.

HRfunc is the home for hemodynamic response function estimation, with a practical guide and an easy HRF upload portal for researchers.

HRfunc is a freely available tool that estimates a HRF based on your own study sample. The companion HRtree allows users to submit their HRFs, share with others, and search for HRFs based on sample characteristics and task. We hope this tool is a step in harmonizing and standardizing fNRIS studies.
