The sad part is I'm 37 years old and I don't even have 10 games to pull from. My first playoff game with any memory was the 2001 season single playoff game against the Eagles.

I'm down for any way to not penalize teams that try for the playoffs. That always felt backwards to me. I also like any ideas that stop teams from picking high every year. MLB has done it and it works great.

My solution to the NBA tanking problem: all 22 teams that don't make it to the 2nd round are eligible for the lottery. Each team has the same odds. Top 4 picks are part of the lottery, picks 5-22 in order of record. Cannot have a top 10 pick more than 2 years in a row.
