I feel like talking about borderline personality disorder today. Have you ever seen the film Girl, Interrupted with Winona Ryder, Angelina Jolie and Whoopi Goldberg? It's the most famous movie about BPD (though in my opinion is a pretty weak actual representation of the experience). It does create an idea about what it is though. I love talking about my experience with the label and helping others who have been given it or people that have loved ones with it that are struggling to understand how to engage with or support it.
