I’m a psychologist, professor, researcher, author working on new book on sexual ethics — who bears the burden of sexual freedom, and what does sexual freedom even mean? Using B-S for those thoughts and general election anger.
Doesn’t this view kind of play into trope of creativity coming from self alone rather than stimulated and supported by others in your community— kinda positions the other as vampire rather than collaborator/contributor/inspirer? Like Western male view of genius….

Typically we find out later that some bystanders did say something to someone to test what they were thinking. I think truly people just don’t know exactly what to do …

And if a teen drinks at a party and gets raped, that was her choice! Seriously when I taught sex ed to 9th graders, this is what they said. Neoliberal elevating anything that befalls you to a consequence of “bad choices.” Erasing the unequal conditions in which these acts take place.
