A local restaurant serves nachos on homemade crispy chicken skins, and my carb-watching prediabetic self loves them just for this.
It’s hard to tell, but this is a plate of nachos made with crispy chicken skins instead of chips. You can see tomatoes and chopped green onions over cheese sauce and a drizzled light colored cream. There is also crumbled meat.

Finally! Took forever to be able to switch my user name to a new blank account (kept getting an error message), but it finally let me switch today. Which allowed me to deactivate my account of 14 years.
