Different species I think - mosquito bites usually much worse than smaller midge. Lots of info online 😊

Mosquitoes aren’t as common in Scotland as Midges, and those tend to be more common on the west coast. But lots of ways to avoid them!

Frustrating that anyone can call themselves a ‘nutritionist’, however in UK Registered Nutritionists have completed accredited degrees with AfN, and many do fantastic nutrition research etc. So not all ‘nutritionists’ are quacks... From a Registered Dietitian who fully supports accredited RNs

Scientific methods come with inaccuracies, medical blood tests included - doesn’t mean we shouldn’t use them as indicators of health alongside other measures e.g. for diabetes, coeliac disease, cancer screening etc, until something better comes along.
