Don’t stop a medicine without telling a professional. They won’t force you to keep it, but they can explain pros, cons and alternatives.

Read the leaflet in the packet. Ask a pharmacist if you have questions — they often know more about medicines than doctors.

If a medicine isn’t helping, speak to the prescriber. No point taking something that gives no benefit, and all medicines have side-effects.

So please move it to the top of your "to do list" and get everyone in your family to do them. It's an insurance policy that you only have to do once, but if you wait until you need it (like with all insurance policies) it's too late to get one

If you hear anyone saying similar to anyone please have thought about what you would say and say it.

I know my daughter knows the "right" bathroom for her and I'm sure most other people do... So let's support each other 3/3

I really wish everyone would stop thinking about everyone else's genitals (especially those if my ten year old) and just let everyone have a wee wherever they want. In the meantime she is becoming more and more uncomfortable about using the loo alone.
