Looking at that I think you’re in need of units 1-5 😉

Have you got the original demos on CDR?

No you haven’t 😉

I was into Franc-Parler during their Units 1-5 period 🤷‍♂️

It’s fantastic. The thing he did with Weyes Blood (Story of Blood) was brilliant too.

Played that myself today. Still wonderful. Fripp’s solo on St Elmo’s Fire is one of the greatest bits of playing ever.

They had a thin white sheet across the front of the stage, a large screen at the back and the band between the two. Projecting different visuals onto each surface with the band in silhouette. It was outstanding.

I’m 64 and I feel exactly the same. Whether anyone listens or likes it or cares really is irrelevant. Getting lost in creating something is all that matters.

Yeah definitely. I’ve waited years to see Dirty Three and that’s happening early December so I’ll patiently wait to see Eiko (and maybe Jim too) before I’m too old for all this stuff 😉

Very jealous, I know it was available as a cd at those live events but it’s silly money on Discogs.

I really love how Eiko can span various genres yet still be amazing at each.

Love The soundtrack to Evil does not exist but have yet to hear The Gift. It’s a bit difficult to get hold of.

So jealous 🖤

I’m obsessed with it. I listen to it as a form of therapy.

What a soundtrack, what a film 🖤

Mine was absolutely inevitable - sorry 😉

Yeah you’re right, I was pretty late to Brautigan and it was definitely a great thrill to read him for the first time.

Such a great band, I think that’s my favourite of theirs
November 4, 2025 at 9:27 AM
What an album that is 👍

Lazy 😉

It’s worth the effort
