I made Korean dish Bibimbap It usually made with veggies, rice, & finishing sauce,
I made it with Bean Sprout, shiitake, green onions, carrots, marinated steak/beef & traditional finish sauce made with Gochujang (Korean chili paste) then topped with a sunny side egg (forgot pictures with it on it)

Homemade mini beef Wellington with Mashed Potatoes and a red wine sauce (the beef was so tender. You could cut it with a fork.)
