New research using an emulated target trail approach with all adolescent CAMHs users in Finland suggesting that Doxycycline (an antibiotic) can reduces future risk of schizophrenia.

Just published: an emulated target trial using Finnish health register data to study antibiotic use in adolescents receiving psychiatric care.

We found a lower risk of schizophrenia among those who had used doxycycline.
