What do you think this means for Jacobson vs. Massachusetts and Zucht vs. King? Any chance they will overturn those precedents which found vaccine mandates to be constitutional?

She just admitted to disregarding the judge’s order. I’m sure the plaintiffs will highlight this in court, and that the judge will not take too kindly to this.

Both our VP and the entire cabinet are in on it. Else they would have already used section four of the 25th amendment to sideline the president.

Wasn’t this the entire plot of “War Games”? The computer determined, on its own, that the USSR had launched nukes and that we needed to retaliate before they landed. And then human beings couldn’t stop the computer.

While this seems like an open and shut free speech case, this guy would spend months in prison. DOJ would argue that he's a danger to society and should be denied bail. And they would work up some pretense to try to deport him even if he's a natural-born citizen.

Aren’t Jacobson vs. Massachusetts and Zucht vs. King still controlling precedent. It would be worrisome if this SCOTUS overturned them. And more so if they do so on the shadow docket without having a hearing and then explaining their rationale.
