Not REALLY a bug, but that macro that lets you start /pdead, jump, then hit the family guy death pose. That weird interaction never gets old.

As for real bugs, when fishing in Outer La Noscea crashed the entire server during patch 3.5 so they disabled fishing there entirely. That was pretty funny.
A excerpt from a FFXIV hotfix log. -An issue wherein fishing in Outer La Noscea could cause the server to crash. *As a temporary measure against this issue, we have made fishing temporarily unavailable at North Bronze Lake in Outer La Noscea. The issue will be addressed sometime next week. In the meantime, the same fish can also be obtained at North Bronze Lake in Upper La Noscea, so we ask that fishing be performed there instead until the issue has been fixed.
