Processor wasn't boosting or downclocking properly. BIOS update fixed it. Only runs 5°C higher than my old chip, which is great.

Now I can sell my old processor! Very happy

Look, I know you run a risk buying a used processor on eBay, but this one had 8-10 bent pins. I've got it seated properly after bending then back with a tiny screwdriver and tweezers.

I should dispute the sale and get some money back, if that's possible. I know eBay heavily favors buyers.

I get all the Dem political spam texts, and beyond that being annoying in general, I finally figured out what I hate about them with the utmost loathing is that they are written in the exact same voice as a social media resist bot.
