Back in October the notary took control of Mother's bank account.
Today, Mother got a registered letter saying that the house's insurance wasn't paid.

So... I'm going through Mother's papers & I've just realised that the gal who rescued the kittens is the one who didn't come help her years ago when a stray cat was having litter after litter of kittens & the garden became Cat Central.

I don't know if it's a symptom of mourning, but, for the second time, I "dreamt" that, in fact, Mother was still alive & it was going to be super difficult to have the administrations "resurrect" her.

C'est quand même "marrant" qu'à chaque fois que j'ai affaire à une médiatrice, ça chipote sur des détails (qui sont dans le dossier !!!) & ça n'aide en RIEN.
