this is EXACTLY why difficulty sliders in games are bad and people that beg for them in everything should feel bad.

this hero has been possibly the best pro play pick since his release and Riot STILL refuse to understand that it is entirely because of how safe he is. He will never ever ever not be pick/ban in pro play unless he did essentially 0 damage.

so long as he can deal ANY damage he will be picked

outside of fully removing all damage from his entire kit, as long as Azir is allowed to dash the entire length of mid lane at will he will continue to be the best champ in Pro play. any other changes are just fluff

outside of making her clear impossibly slow, Vi will remain as a top 3 jungler forever. there is too much mobility and survivability in modern league that Vi is essentially ESSENTIAL to win games now. her scaling is already horrible. doing less damage isnt going to stop her from being picked
