From the video it looks like the hit the submerged aft, right behind the inner pressure hull. Probably not fatal damage because the inner hull protects the more vital components, but the shaft and all the gearing will have to be replaced.

Yeah, it really isn't. Ukraine has been raining British (also a nuclear power) and Ukranian missiles on Russia for months. This is no change from the status quo.
