it is at minimum ignorant to equate government and business and even if this is a good idea in business (unclear) it's not only ill suited, but wrong and yes, evil, to treat the government as something to be broken apart for efficiency and profit rather than a provider of stability and support
Folks covering DC need to immerse themselves in the Silicon Valley playbook. (I'm native to both.)
Boundaries don't exist there. You just do something, and see if there's pushback. And then see if you can keep going anyways.
