The felon is president because of the oligarchs on the Supreme Court. Garland began investigating Trump the month he got there. And even if he could have indicted him sooner (he couldn’t), SCOTUS wouldn’t have never let it go to trial.

I'm well aware that no one is listening when I say that we're in the middle of an active insurrection that is extremely violent in its rhetoric, extremely dangerous to our rights, extremely contemptuous of America and its institutions and 100% willing to J6 us again, but that doesn't make it untrue.
