It’s rather impressive, in a way. Never seen it done before.

Back in 2016 I was visiting Israel - it was primary season and Israeli relatives were curious about him. I told them “He’s a lot like Bibi, but much, much dumber.” I think that comparison holds up. I should’ve mentioned “greedier” also.

They are a symbolic presence. If America fights the locals in Greenland, they will also be fighting with these EU allies.

That’s not true.

Why do you think the killer is still in Minnesota? The Feds got him out of there right after.

They are straight up antisemitic. In response to this article the UWS Breads had a line around the block of Jewish folks buying stuff in support of the bakery.

It’s like Putin keeping Kraft’s Super Bowl Ring
January 15, 2026 at 10:22 PM
Oof. So in cases like this, the states have no way to call out the national guard for protection against the Feds, or for any other reason, like natural disaster relief, without risking federal takeover? That’s… not great.

So when a school shooter walks into class, security guards can’t stop them? Great idea.

Trump and Miller are not in power to protect profitability. They are in power to enact revenge.
January 15, 2026 at 1:08 PM
If you think the parties are the same because they share (some) of the same donors then I don’t know what to tell you. If more people had checked the box for the smart black lady in 2024, I can guarantee you we wouldn’t be occupying US cities with a secret police force now.
January 15, 2026 at 12:44 PM
The D donors are irrelevant as the Ds control no branch of government. The R donors will likely not be affected enough by a general strike to care.
January 15, 2026 at 4:04 AM
Ah, yes, the general strike that solves everything.

Why do you believe that Trump and Miller would care about a general strike? They are not in power to run the country. They are in power to enact revenge.

Reviving the antisemitic “puppetmaster” trope, I see.

isn't this the same footage you posted as being from Jan. 8?

Losing Canada trade to China has got to be the one of biggest own goals the Trump administration has scored (so far)
January 14, 2026 at 3:59 AM
After TRUMP v. UNITED STATES, impeachment, conviction, and removal from office are the available legal remedy. The people who need to act are: a majority in the House, and 2/3 of the members of the Senate. In both cases this requires pressuring Republicans to obtain the necessary votes.
January 13, 2026 at 5:56 PM
Well that’s because we are being led by REAL WARFIGHTERS like Hegseth, not WEAKLINGS who obey the laws of war like, um, Eisenhower and Patton….

NYT did a story a couple days after the local paper covered it. And of course the Jewish press is all over it. But I assume that’s not the coverage you’re looking for.

Because that's less dramatic/less newsworthy perhaps, and also, free trip to Denmark!
January 12, 2026 at 7:38 PM
Blockade? As in, they're scanning everyone going in?
January 12, 2026 at 4:57 PM
That would mean acknowledging they were wrong. Seems unlikely from that crowd.

Would be glad to support Conway’s run in another district. But we already have good Democratic candidates running who didn’t just move here for the race. I’m voting for micahlasher.com
Ready for the Fight
Micah Lasher is running for Congress in Manhattan to revitalize the Democratic Party, fight Trump’s agenda, and deliver results for New Yorkers.
