I'm ready for a goalie change, but there's a reason it hasn't happened yet. Binnington is another guy, like Gibson or Jarry or even Saros that you look at his numbers and realize that he hasn't been any better than Skinner. I could see Binnington going on an insane heater after a trade though, so 🤞

This is the entire aviation industry in a nutshell. It's not a miserable experience cause the airline want it that way, it's miserable because that's all anyone will pay for.
In a former life, I worked for a major US carrier. They tried and experiment offering premium service on some routes for a few dollars over the minimum cost. It failed spectacularly. Companies and leisure travelers would not pay a dime more. I was a little sad to see it.

Oilers didn't lose because of goaltending, it was never close enough. They lost because forwards 5-10 were too old, too slow. Looks like Bowman agrees.

Schwartz: tough to care about something I have no idea about. I have no clue if he's a good goalie coach. And neither does anyone here. His record is very good but management's is very poor. He spent a decade polishing turds, hopefully management can change course and bring in some actual talent.
