I can relate. I also don’t like to attack Dems, but the party’s leadership is soft and out of touch.
I can’t help but think Dem leadership is complicit is this mess because they, too, want to preserve the status quo. They also think moving right is a winning strategy. Time for new blood.

College meal plan gave me my fill early in life. Eat 12 inches of Subway 4-7 times a week for a few semesters and it’ll change you.
That and Etown had every chain sandwich place and I discovered at least 3, maybe 4, better options.
It’s all we have in this town, so I still eat it regularly-ish
