With Halloween a week away, now's a good time to remind people to properly dispose of their pumpkins when it's done!

My Valentine's Day meal for 1 was an attempt at pan fried lemon garlic chicken with some herb rice and broccoli. Sauce was a bit too lemon-y but all around pretty happy with it seeing as it was a first attempt!

...Wish I'd thought to take a better picture before eating it though
