I found this birding book along the side of the road on the Tamiami trail in the Everglades on 8/25/25. It is so well loved with sightings going back decades. If you're a birder (I am not) please spread the word and hep me find the owner so they can be reunited

We like to get nostalgic about JFK's economy in the 60s. Guess what he did? He bumped up the minimum wage from $1/hr to $1.25/hr - that's a 25% increase!

Four masked agents with guns drawn yanked people out, slammed them to the ground, and pointed a weapon at a pregnant woman.

You’re afraid? Who cares?! It’s okay to be afraid. What’s NOT okay…is to cave to someone using fear to manipulate your behavior. Feel the fear. Make friends with the fear. Get used to expressing yourself…while feeling that fear…just like you would if you didn’t feel the fear.
