I think he is saving the insurrection act for the last week of next October so that he can deploy troops in Blue areas of states with close Senate races, and blue neighborhoods in districts with close house races.

I don't want to give them ideas but "footage" implies a linear reel of video or film. I'm sure body cam video is kept on chips. Maybe that's their lame ass excuse?
