Again, the real question is not “Why is Obama just ‘concerned’?” It’s where are 👇 guys & why are they such cowards. But look, no one else has his platform & 👆 is just wildly inadequate at this point & I’m sorry, us expecting more is kind of the lifelong price of making it to the mountaintop at 47.
I've criticized Obama in this vein, too. But the real question is where the hell are GWB & Mitt Romney (& John Kelly, Jim Mattis, Mike Pence, Paul Ryan, John Boehner, Bob Gates, Hank Paulson, etc). Obama isn't going to convince the 10 people in Congress who can end this now

I don’t think the New York Times has ever sent a reporter to a predominantly Black neighborhood. Not even a rural one.

In addition, he thinks voters decide based on a checklist of issues and choose the side with the most checks. It doesn’t work like that. Voters choose the person who shares the same values (as opposed to “issues”) and has charisma/vibes/personality.
