As I understand it the valuation has also been based on the belief the company has tech that will make them industry leaders in robotics and AI as well as batteries. Seems to based on an article of faith in Elon's genius. Let's see how that plays out

Thank you - my head's been exploding trying to make this point. What do LLM's have to do with any of the real promise of AI? Even if generative AI somehow can "solve humanity's problems" humans would still have to implement them, so... The biggest waste of land, labor and material in history.
