Our @PLOSONE paper describes the harsh realities for children & families fighting DR-TB in Cape Town. They face delayed diagnoses, tough treatment regimens, financial stress & stigma. We urgently need better psychosocial support & child-friendly treatment. doi.org/10.1371/jour...
