Since my last weightloss joined post I have lost 3 lbs. Pretty good.

I really hope that we as the United States start pulling all funding from Israel soon. Our out of touch leadership on both sides just need to not sponsor genocide.

On my weight loss journey dubbed "less of me to love" my breakfast starts with 3 eggs cooked over medium with pepper and Tabasco.

Started this morning at 286lbs. Ugh.

Gonna have boneless/skinless teriyaki chicken thighs for lunch and aim for a gallon of water consumed in the next 4 hours.
