Strictly what you say is true. In actual effect, however, it is not. SCOTUS just ruled that ICE can use racial profiling. This should be a violation of the 4th amendment. None the less, SCOTUS has "delivered" this authority to Trump. There's ideals--and then there is what actually happens.

The Constitution is what SCOTUS says it is, and lately SCOTUS has said repeatedly that Trump IS a king.

My wife was seriously injured while visiting her brother in Toulouse France. She was in surgery for 8 hours and in the hospital for a week after. TOTAL bill: $7500. Insurance is 1/5th of the problem. Actual cost of care is 4/5ths of the problem. Similar procedure in US: $100,000 plus.

@ffrf.org Texas is currently forcing teachers to post the 10 commandments. I am subbing and teachers (under duress of being fired) are being forced to post this poster in class. I believed there was a court ordered injunction. This is a classroom this morning. All teachers had copies.

Texas is violating court order and threatening teachers with the loss of their jobs if they don't post the ten commandments. I believe this is in violation of a court order halting the implementation of the law passed by the Texas legislature and signed by a judge.

My wife had a surgery in France that cost $7500 total including hospital stay. It would have been $100,000 plus in the US. Insurance is 20% of America's healthcare crisis. Actual cost of those services is 80% of the problem.

Well, if this man is an active duty officer then he has more balls than 99% of the Democratic leadership. He risks being fired and having a lifetime of harassment and losing his retirement.

So, with SCOTUS the law essentially means nothing. Any Civil Servant can be fired without cause, including the "non-cause" of deciding not to break the law for the Trump administration and his cronies.

What a Cluster Fuck this SCOTUS has created.
