wouldn't it be - technically - more like the following? Considering that a slice could live in multiple places in parallel (shared database - to some extent at least, separate UI codebase, etc.)

Depends on what we actually expect, what's the team, what's the culture etc.
But still way too many devs are unable to communicate effectively with business.
Stating that 90% is useless is purely ridiculous and a sign of ignorance. Unconscious incompetence in that area.
