My law firm is litigating 78 voting and election cases in 39 states. This is, by far, the largest caseload we have carried in a non-election year and close to our peak in 2024. The question is how many more can a small firm handle.

To be a “complete humiliation “ the Trump admin would need to feel embarrassed, humbled or chagrined but we know this is not possible.
Amazing. Grand Jury refuses Administration effort to reindict Tish James. Those events are typically once or twice in a lifetime for prosecutors, or even offices. Now the Administration is racking them up. A complete humiliation.

I did not intend to be critical. Certainly don't expect you to know the structure of the Federal Court system. I listen to and appreciate The Camp. Will keep you posted if I hear of new developments in the case.
