With today’s third Rocky statue being installed in Philly, there are almost as many Rocky statues as there are monuments to actual historic women anywhere in Philadelphia.

Acknowledging there have been issues with government and campaigns is a start, and appreciate that the EBU is now beginning to crack down on this but as always, the detail is in the enforcement
